BED BUGS
BED BUGS
Bed bugs are small parasites that feed on human blood. They are nocturnal and become active in the dark. Attracted to the body heat of humans, they feed on the blood of a person by biting in the neck, arms, and legs.
Bed bugs primarily inhabit places with beds, such as residential homes, ships, and hotels. They typically spread through the clothing and luggage of people who travel worldwide and sleep in different locations. Bed bugs leave behind offspring at each sleeping place, hiding in seams and crevices, under mattresses, behind wallpaper, and near the head of beds.
Appearance
- Reddish-brown in color
- Dark red after a meal

IDENTIFYING BED BUGS

WARNING
Upon detecting bed bug activity, contact a pest control professional immediately. Dealing with a bed bug infestation, given its scale, is something that should be left to a professional. Never move items around the house to avoid spreading the problem.
