Procedure
Ships enter and leave the harbor at irregular intervals. In the event of an infestation on board with cockroaches, mice, rats, or other pests, it needs to be addressed on an ad-hoc basis and efficiently because the ship must depart as soon as possible. With our professional approach, we can take action within a few hours.
Once the ship agent or shipowner reports the pest problem along with the time and place of arrival, we can commence our work.
During each inspection visit
During each inspection visit, an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) scan will be conducted:
- Clear description of the pest problem.
- Practical advice for an effective solution.
After our inspection, we will advise you on the pest prevention measures available to limit the risk of pests. Additionally, we offer a self-help package that allows for taking necessary measures to control pest issues even at sea.
